Although she has studied the economy, it has been operating in the IT sector for more than 20 years. The development of the software has not only become a work for her, but a fatal affair. It has occurred in her career 10 years ago, when she decided to transform the company management from the traditional model “Manager commands - employees obey” to a coaching and partner approach. As a result, it brought new dynamics, trust and growth to the cross. Its determination to build a company with an emphasis on people and values is an inspiration for all who believe that success is not just about money, but about the common growth and creating a positive change.
