About event
During this evening, viewers can enjoy Jazz Fusion. The musical genre, which was created at the end of the 60s and resulted in a new style, when the musicians combined jazz improvisation with Rock, Funk and R&B. It is characterized by a relatively urgent and expansive sound and rock rhythm, firmly rooted in specific instrumentation, especially electric guitars and keys that were not very common in jazz until then.
In the unique project Focused on Jazz Fusion, The Loop Jazz Orchestra will present at the Prague Proms Festival for the second time. Syntezers and other electrified tools that are characteristic of the fusion will again be in the word and will be sensitive to the whole bigband.
