Folklórny večer vo Vínnej záhrade so súborom Ekonóm

The folk ensemble economist has been on the scene for more than 55 years under the University of Economics in Bratislava. Its activities contributes to the maintenance of folk traditions in living form and awareness of awareness of them at home and abroad. We bring to viewers dance, music and singing numbers from different regions within Slovakia, but sometimes we will also go beyond its borders, for example to the territory of today's Hungary, Romania or the Czech Republic. Our goal is to constantly renew and expand this varied repertoire with numbers from other regions. Snažíme sa zameriavať na také, ktoré nie sú rutinne stvárňované folklórnymi súbormi, a tak sa v našom repertoári popri choreografiách z Podpoľania či Zemplína objavia napríklad aj čísla z Požitavia, Gemera, Abova či Hontu. The main objective of the ensemble for the near future is to prepare a comprehensive program for the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the ensemble, which we will celebrate this November. The ensemble consists of about 50 inflamed members who are students of Bratislava secondary and universities or young workers. They often come from different parts of Slovakia, where they bring their own folklore, share it in common entertainment and enrich other members and the ensemble itself.
