Improving your well-being, carrying out your projects, or even considering a career change as a holistic therapist is like playing a rugby match. To succeed you need:
- Endurance and Energy to last throughout the match,
- Resilience to know how to get up quickly after each fall, your ability to get back on your feet and continue is decisive.
Concerning your project you will need:
- To get actively involved: Your project cannot move forward on its own . Like in a rugby match, it's up to you to carry it through to the end, overcoming the scrums and tackles that hinder your progress.
- Anticipate Rebounds: Any project can evolve in unforeseen ways, and your ability to anticipate and adapt your strategy according to changes is a major asset.

WHO AM I?
My name is Aurélia Mariani, I am author of the Dictionary of Holistic Lithotherapy, trainer of professional holistic therapists and mentor in holistic liberation practices. I have already helped more than 200 people hatch and spread their wings for over 4 years.
METHODS
Usually, we offer you coaching or development support staff who do not cover all aspects of your well-being. The goal is to allow you to free yourself at your own pace without depending on a practitioner, their skills, their prices, and their schedule. For this you need to learn diversified methods:
• Energy techniques,
• Coaching,
• Lithotherapy,
• Emotional management and relationship help,
• Holistic liberation practices.
These methods will allow you to work directly and effectively on blockages in various areas of your life:
• Your physical body,
• Your energies,
• Your emotions,
• Your mind,
• Your karmic and spiritual dimensions,
• At the level of your soul.

I will be there to personally accompany you as a mentor throughout this process, which justifies that the number of places is limited to only 15 people. You will also have your training colleagues to form practical pairs. If particularly heavy blockages arise and you cannot overcome them despite all this, you will benefit from 3 treatments offered with an expert in holistic liberation with whom I have worked for several years: MORGANE.

I would like to point out to you that if:
You are currently in the middle of burnout or you are on sick leave, your priority is first to rest and get better, it's too early to start this program.
You have serious psychiatric problems, your priority is first to take care of yourself by following your medical history and your mental health support, this program is not adapted to your situation.
You don't have 1 hour a day to devote to spreading your wings, because any new project necessarily requires that you devote time to it...
I invite you to first stabilize yourself and regain your strength before coming on this unique and complete journey!
