Discover the architectural character of the cotton house Rotterdam - Previously the cotton pack of Van Bennekum - and grab this rare structural of the rich texture. Gelegen in het hart van het Makers District (M4H) in Rotterdam, is dit enorme pakhuis uit de jaren 50 tegenwoordig een broedplaats voor immersieve ervaringen en creatieve innovatie.
Vanaf de oprichting in 1951 als opslagruimte voor geïmporteerde katoenbalen, via de transformatie tot legendarische rave-locatie Warehouse 294 begin jaren 2000, tot de huidige rol As a destination for immersive technology and art: the building breathes layered history and raw, spatial beauty.

We attach a lot of value to accessibility and inclusion. Omdat het KATOENHUIS een erfgoedpand in transitie is, zijn helaas niet alle ruimtes op dit moment zo toegankelijk als we zouden willen. De begane grond is volledig toegankelijk, maar de eerste verdieping is enkel bereikbaar via een trap. Er is echter nog More than enough to see and experience on the ground floor . We are happy to share this information in advance to prevent any disappointments.
