About event

⚠️ This session was originally planned for 18 March, but had to be rescheduled to 24 March for organisational reasons. Thank you for your understanding. ⚠️

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is far more than a technical requirement—it is the heartbeat of every successful international project. It allows organizations to track their progress in real-time and, more importantly, to assess the long-term impact of their work. A clear and logical M&E system is essential for achieving strategic goals and remains a critical component of project proposal assessments and donor reporting.

This beginner-friendly, practical training session is designed to demystify M&E. We will introduce the Theory of Change model to help you plan your activities with their ultimate outcomes in mind. By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of the context in which your organization operates and the specific change you wish to create. Most importantly, you will walk away with a clear roadmap of 1–3 next steps to effectively monitor and evaluate your ongoing work.

This online training is part of 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 series capacity building within 𝗭𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔:𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 project. For more opportunities:
