About event
Four Imaginary Boys – A Tribute To The Cure
Four Imaginary Boys are among the most requested The Cure tribute band in Germany and are considered the most booked The Cure tribute band in Europe. Since 2006, four passionate musicians have devoted themselves with great respect and passion to the complete work of the legendary band The Cure, paying tribute to its unique musical legacy.
When the Cure is mentioned, most fans immediately think of the unmistakable voice of Robert Smith. However, this is definitely not a mere imitation or parody. The singer of Four Imaginary Boys is often seen as a vocal relative who can capture the essence of the original without copying it.
The band's goal is not to be a mere copy of its role models, but above all to create the typical atmosphere of The Cure's compositions - full of melancholy, emotions, spatial sounds and hypnotic surfaces - and transfer it directly to the audience.
The real stars of the evening are the timeless songs of The Cure, which influenced entire generations of gothic, alternative and pop bands and have not lost any of their power to this day.

Germany's most in-demand and Europe's most booked The Cure tribute band. Since 2006, four passionate musicians have dedicated themselves to the complete body of work of The Cure, paying tribute to the spirit, atmosphere, and emotional depth of this legendary band.
When speaking of The Cure, one inevitably thinks of the unmistakable voice of Robert Smith. Imitation or parody is not the goal here. Instead, the frontman of Four Imaginary Boys is often described as a vocal kindred spirit, capturing the essence of the original without copying it.
Rather than creating replicas of their heroes, Four Imaginary Boys focus on recreating the dense, melancholic soundscapes and emotional intensity that define The Cure's music — transporting the audience straight into the unique world of the songs.
The true stars of the evening are the timeless songs of The Cure themselves — music that has influenced generations of gothic, alternative, and pop artists and continues to resonate just as powerfully today.
