Despite the word that his name evokes, the "Hands on Fire" concert is based on the physical sensitivity of the interpreter. Starting from a desire to explore the physical relationship between the performer and the instrument, the program focuses on the plastual proximity (touch) of the percussionist with the most diverse instruments and musical objects. Not only through the direct contact of the hand with the surfaces, the materialization of sound becomes a more physical and human process in dealing with the instrument.
