Frau Neumann & Herrlichkeit + STEINLANDPIRATEN @ ABC – Klängematte
Ms. Neumann & Glory + STEINLANDPIRATEN @ ABC – Sound Mat
Event by: ABC wiederbeleben, Steinlandpiraten, Janscheck Oleg Blochin
Location: ABC im Hirschgarten, Hirschgartenstraße 14, Berlin - Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick
About event
Ms. Neumann & the Glory,
the cabaret cult band from Friedrichshagen, Berlin - that is singer-songwriter music without pigeonholes.
Sometimes German, sometimes Spanish, sometimes happy, sometimes melancholic, sometimes surprisingly unwieldy, often catchy and always with its own touch. In addition to the charismatic front woman, this is ensured by the three-headed “Herrlichkeit”, who, in addition to the varied guitar sounds, dreamy trumpet sounds, moving bass and sensitive percussion, create a very special sound spectrum.

STEINLANDPIRATEN
Patti Heidrich and Karsten Schützler came together in 2015 to form the acoustic duo STEINLANDPIRATEN to dedicate themselves to the songs of Gerhard GUNDI Gundermann, who died in 1998. Gundermann's songs reflect the conflict of an Eastern generation that seemingly never really found itself. Love of homeland, coupled with the awareness that humans are destroying nature as the basis for their existence. Longing for love and security and at the same time always being on the move because there is a fear of commitment or simply something better could happen.
Over time, the spectrum of the STEINLANDPIRATEN has expanded significantly. Among other things, they perform the program “If I could wish for something” with songs by Friedrich Holländer, Brecht/Weill and others (link) and have now grown into an author duo that now also presents the program “Dich bei mir weissd” with their own songs. In 2017, they were able to win the jury prize of the “Hoyschreite” song competition in Hoyerswerda with their own songs.
The own productions can now also be seen and heard on the YouTube channel Steinlandpiraten (Link)
