About event
Coming together in a circle is an ancient tradition that has largely been lost to us. In my women's circles you can experience a feeling of belonging. Listening carefully and being seen and heard creates trust and security. Here you can simply be with whatever is there.
Transformative yoga sequences (asana, pranayama & meditation), ceremonies, journaling, shamanic shaking, yoga dance and other beneficial elements flow into my circles. Let yourself go and enjoy the power of the group.
This circle is open to all mothers (patchwork/bonus mothers and pregnant women are also welcome!) and is a taster evening for the following circles through the cold season: we meet once a month from October to March!
