About event
Current info: we are negotiating a new location for the event!
Practical year-round course for enthusiastic people interested in film acting. In this intensive course, consisting of a series of lectures, film screenings and exclusive practical acting exercises, we will focus in detail on the specifics of film acting. Together we will delve into the secrets of creating convincing emotions in front of the camera.
The course will give you a deep and erudite insight into the complex and fascinating art of film acting under the guidance of a professional film director. You will try the individual techniques on your own skin, and thus you can gain self-confidence when acting in front of the camera. We will film the practical acting exercises on camera, the actors will work independently in the form of monologues and situation studies, but also in contact form of dialogues.. The acting partners will always take turns to enjoy the variety. Graduates will take away from the course a number of their own filmed studies, great experiences, new friends and contacts for the future. At the same time, film actors are immediately employed in short films by film students from another Free Cinema course (How to create a film), which runs parallel to the acting course.
Courses also have a theoretical film course How to see a film included in the price.
Place: Kinošál Kasárna Karlín

The course How to see a film is FREE with the acting course
