Haruka Tomastu
Dancer/Choreographer/Artist
She studied Butoh dance with Setsuko Yamada, Toru Iwashita (Sankai-juku) and theatre theory with Shogo Ota at Kyoto university of Design and Arts. Her work mainly focussed on the relationship between space, matter and body/sensory experience. She created performances and installations about "the relationship between existence and absence (invisible things), She created works that deal with people's memories and relationships and their connection with the physical world through the body. In "The memory of Varne" (2021) she created an installation and a performance in which she observe the city with all her senses and record the memories she has when she visits and which the audience can then relive.
Shinichiro Ikeda
Composer/Sound artist
He is a Berlin-based composer and sound artist exploring the fragile dialogues between nature, memory, and human presence. Working with synthesizers, field recordings, and spatial audio, he creates sonic environments that blur the line between the tangible and the ephemeral, inviting quiet reflection. while remaining attuned to the hidden currents of the subconscious and the unconscious. His practice spans solo works, the Japan–Germany duo mii89, and Berlin’s iyi collective, where sound intersects with movement and visual art. Bridging analog warmth with contemporary technologies, Ikeda’s projects trace how sound shapes both conscious and subconscious perception.
