Free Spirit Dance is an intuitive dance - no drill, but free expression through movement.
The body is a wise tool for self-healing, it is our temple.
Music is the key and dance is the language of our soul.
The sun is already less☀️ so let's make it shine inside us.
What awaits you?
You yourself.
Our true SELF will be expressed through dance which is still present there.
I invite you to experience this unique experience, which is hidden in you, with the help of dance medicine, you will fully accept or let go of your emotions.
We don't talk during the dance.
What to bring?
- comfortable clothes
- a bottle of water
Take it easy also a rattle.
Don't have expectations.
Most of all we will enjoy it together.😉
I create a space as a lover of dance and music with multi music, either more rhythmic or softer...
For for me, dancing with music, which I love, is a pure divine presence, I experience a total feeling of wholeness, inner strength, passion, joy, and I carry that into my everyday life and bring this energy to you too.
