**Free Surat Shabd Yoga Meditation Sessions**

Free bi-weekly meditation sessions with Tamar and Laszlo at De Horizon on Mondays from 16:30 to 18:00. Address: Hembrugstraat 156, Amsterdam. Tamar and Laszlo are students of Satguru Sirio Ji, a great contemporary realized Master of Surat Shabd Yoga.

Surat Shabd Yoga is a third-eye meditation on the Inner Light and Sound, two phenomena through which the Divine Inner Self can be experienced in a tangible way. Surat Shabd Yoga aims to unite (Yoga) the attention (Surat) with this Inner Light and Sound (Shabd). It brings about or enhances profound inner peace, bliss, clarity, sharp intuition, and unconditional love. The sessions are structured as follows:

* **Approximately 20–25 minutes** of *Bhajan* and *Mantra* singing, accompanied by the Sitar (an Indian string instrument). Starting the session with Sacred Songs and Mantras aims to calm the mind and create an atmosphere conducive to meditation.
* **Approximately 10 minutes** of guided meditation.
* **Approximately 30 minutes** of silent meditation.
* **Approximately 5 minutes** of *Mantra* singing to conclude the session.
