Hourly themed picnic free of charge on breathing techniques. We will discuss the difference between thoracic, diaphragm and abdominal breathing, square breath or how to increase lung capacity.
In the case of thirst or bad weather, Agnes is nearby. Just come for an hourly dry workshop or a piece of speech afterwards. I invite all advanced freedivers, complete beginners that have never been to the course, and scuba divers.
