Sometimes we have knots in our heads, in our emotions, and don't know how to untangle everything and express it clearly.
Writing can be an effective way to bring ourselves back into balance. >Free writing< means that you put the pen or fingers on the keyboard and start to find words without thinking first, without periods and commas, without paying attention to spelling.
We divide this small workshop into three short writing intervals. We can then read our texts to each other (not a must!).
Paper and pen are provided by RuT e.V. Please bring your own smartphone or laptop.
This workshop is open to Flinta* people.
Quickly about me: I'm Mel. I've been in the visiting service at RuT for 5 years now. I've been writing since I was 13. I've had the opportunity to plan and carry out writing sessions like this several times. I have already been able to give a few readings and believe in the wonderful power of writing in difficult and overwhelming times. You will be amazed at how liberating a repressed thought, when fully formulated, can shift your focus.
