on November 29th At 2 p.m. the new open space of the Neukölln Community Foundation opens in collaboration with the Berlin City Museum in the exhibition BERLIN GLOBAL. Here, eleven children and young people talk about the difficulties of the present and show their visions for a fairer future. What would Berlin and the world look like if young people from Neukölln could shape it?
The children of today are the adults of tomorrow. They are super diverse, rarely heard and even more rarely taken seriously. What changes do you want, what do you dream about? In the exhibition, the young project participants take an unsparing look at their everyday lives, their city and politics. Based on their experiences, they develop demands for justice, freedom of expression and cohesion - i.e. values and the resulting actions that are urgently necessary in the migration society.
