I invite you to Friday running. We will meet in the evening at 19 til when it should no longer be so warm on Tyršak under the tram bridge.
awaits us 8km at a cool pace and we have a few cross -country/strength exercises. You may be wondering what I am inventing, but the involvement of such elements once in a while in training has a really super positive impact on the cross -country technique, running efficiency and prevention of injuries.
