Frisse Jaarstart: intenties zetten 2.0 met Lisette

Your Fresh Start to the Year 2025: Bring your intention to life Do you sometimes feel like life is passing you by? That you get caught up in a stream of daily tasks and thoughts? Just imagine what it would be like to relax and take control of your own life again—to consciously choose how you feel and which direction you want to go.

In this warm and inspiring workshop, experienced trainer Lisette Dragt will help you regain clarity and enter the new year with focus. You will not only reflect, but above all work practically with:

Looking back: Where are you now in your life, both privately and professionally?
Feeling ahead: Where do you want to go and how does that feel?
Action plan: What do you need to really achieve your goals?

You experience a powerful mix of bodywork, mindfulness, and gentleness to get in touch with your deeper desires and your goals concretize. We start feeling, thinking and doing. Everything in a cozy and warm atmosphere.

This is how you enter the new year as the future-oriented version of yourself! Will I see you on Sunday January 26?
