About event
Paralysis. That deep, quiet fear of moving forward.
A powerful force that keeps us stuck - or worse, pulls us back into old patterns, familiar fears, and toxic beliefs about who we are and what we’re capable of. If you find yourself trapped in that loop, longing to break free but unsure how. This is your invitation.
This is an invitation to step into a safe space, a space designed to help you reconnect with what’s holding you back, not to fear it but to transform it.
In this group workshop we explore the landscapes of the inner self through meditation, hypnotherapy and art therapy. We invite you to meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion, turning obstacles into insight, and resistance into creative movement.
Through the creative process, we give form and color to what lives beneath the surface. Our art becomes a mirror, helping us to see, feel, and understand the patterns that have shaped our lives, and to imagine new ways of being. You don’t need artistic experience to take part, only openness to explore. Within a supportive group, you’ll find space to release old stories, rediscover your strength, and make visible the quiet transformation from fear to possibility, from demons to dreams.
This is your sanctuary.A space to come home to yourself. To listen without judgment. To feel deeply. To remember your sacred energy. To let go of self-criticism and the need to control.Because when judgment falls away, freedom steps in and with it, the power to create what you truly desire.
This is your opportunity to awaken your creative potential, to see yourself anew, to rediscover the truth of who you are, and to take that step toward the life you’ve imagined.
About the facilitator
Ángela Amarilla (she/her) is a writer, theatre director, and decolonial, intersectional feminist hypnotherapist. With a solid background as a university lecturer and columnist, she has developed a body of work that merges poetry, social critique, and spiritual exploration. Since her debut with Les Quienes (2018) in Buenos Aires, where she created several theatre productions, she has continued her artistic practice in Berlin, expanding into both theatre and art installations.
Her latest work, Divine Animal (October–November 2025), deepens her investigation into contemporary performance forms and the potential of transformative aesthetics. Her work focuses on the representation of minorities, social inclusion, and the impact of climate change.
As a metaphysician and hypnotherapist, Ángela has extensive experience in meditation, alternative therapies, and spirituality — paths she sees as essential for self-understanding and healing.
About the facilitator
Hannah Jost (she(her) is an art therapist, visual artist, and sociologist. Rooted in a deep curiosity about the human existence and the relationship between the self and its surroundings, she explores the human psyche through art and analysis. Her work approaches art as an expression of the inner life, investigating the invisible landscapes of emotion, memory, and transformation — a space beyond the purely aesthetic. Having lived and worked as an artist in Berlin and Buenos Aires, Hannah has developed a practice that integrates painting and installation, exploring the connection between visual expression and psychological experience. Since 2023, she has been working as an art therapist, accompanying people through challenging life situations. Currently based in a psychiatric clinic, her therapeutic approach is guided by humanistic, feminist, and resource-oriented principles.
