We bring you a new tasting experience that combines honest raw materials, seasonal ingredients and championship gastronomy. The main star of the evening will be mass specialties prepared for Josper Grill, accompanied by a trio of Tartars and a Czech dessert inspired by traditional tastes.
The evening starts at Artisan Bar, where guests will welcome a signature cocktail Springphones - a refreshing combination of Czech OMG Gin, butterfly flower and home elderly syrup. The Chef’s Amuse Bouche, the first tasting of the evening, is served. He becomes acquainted with the philosophy of Zero-Waste and working with seasonal ingredients.
Waste production and the combination of traditional tastes with modern gastronomy. It is an evening full of tastes, stories and thoughtful details that together make up an exceptional experience.
