About event
A series of world championships, great victories of Czechoslovak hockey players, a renowned architect, excellent architecture, parties, techno and rave music... All this is connected to a functionalist building standing right next to the highway on the island of Štvanice.
If you love nightlife and concerts, then you probably already know Fuchs2. But if you haven't heard of it yet, know that it is an extremely interesting building designed by the famous Czech architect Josef Fuchs with a rich history, which we will present to you from the inside thanks to the willingness of the club operators. This possibility is time-limited only to June and July.
On the guided tour, for example, you will learn who was nicknamed the "black apostle of Stalin", what was behind the destruction of the large indoor stadium, or what the pop-up project is.
The author and guide of the guided tour is Michal Šedivý. The event takes place with the kind support of the club operators, the profit from this event goes to support the activities of the non-profit organization Open House Praha, z. ú..
