How do you deal with uncertainty as a manager? Pandemics, wars, severe weather disasters, delivery bottlenecks, shortages of skilled workers - these are just some of the unpredictable factors in a complex and highly networked world in which planning increasingly seems like a concept from times long past.

Although uncertainties and change always bring opportunities, studies show that many employees are overwhelmed by constant change. As a manager, you must therefore provide orientation, create trust and help your team to remain resilient and able to act.

This workshop supports you in reflecting on your own handling of uncertainty and becoming more resilient, building psychological safety in the team and using empowerment as a leadership principle. You will learn how to not only explain change, but also inspire others to take responsibility and find innovative solutions together. Convincing communication and storytelling help you overcome resistance and make your team resilient and capable of action.

Receive practical tools and approaches to safely accompany your team through uncertain times. Learn to create clarity, strengthen resilience and communicate convincingly - and discover new ways to operate successfully in a complex world.

Your trainer

Dr. Martin Ebeling is a philosopher and heads the business program at The School of Life Berlin. As part of his mission to support the change towards a more humane working world, he is involved as a trainer, facilitator and speaker.
