Content description

Communication is inevitable-but the right tone makes the difference, especially in conversations with employees or suppliers. How do you manage to have difficult conversations professionally and successfully? In this training you will get to know the different personality types and learn how to specifically respond to this in employee or conflict talks. For optimal preparation, you will receive the MBTI (Myers Briggs type indicator) to determine your own personality type in advance. Together we evaluate your profile and show you how to adapt your communication strategies to act appreciatively, effective and solution-oriented.
