About event
Yoga by the sea are yoga sessions in front of the sea focused on moving from the mind to the body, connecting with the medicine of the breath and allowing it to flow freely throughout our body. The magic of moving with presence brings us a little closer to who really we are.
This is a multilevel lesson of hatha vinyasa were we work asana, pranayama and meditation.
This will be a special class. We will start explaining the energy of the full moon and reflect on it. We will practise yoga by the sea seeing the sunset and we will finish with sound healing and medicine music.
