In schools, we often talk about student development.
However, less about how we develop the people who lead schools.
Every leader has a tool in their hands that costs nothing – and at the same time changes the culture of the school.

A conversation in which we listen, ask questions and look for a solution together can change the atmosphere in the school more than any directive.
1to1 conversations are one of the most powerful tools for developing people, building trust and a culture of cooperation. Each such well-conducted conversation can be a space where we support, move or inspire someone.
If the leader of the school masters the art of 1-to-1 conversations, they can improve trust, motivation and culture in the team. And thus they directly affect the quality of the processes, the atmosphere in the school and the overall satisfaction of the people there.
