I greet you very much, because a few of you have asked when the group exercise will be again, I fully promise and strengthen information. Have beautiful days 🙏.
Physio slowing for women
When? 15.2. at 15:30 - 16:30 (arrival possible at 15:25)
Where? Yoga & Art, Bělohorská 262/35, Prague 6
For whom?
For all women who need to have time for themselves, recharge their energy, stay among other women, stop and zoom in themselves and their own body, pamper with attention and meaningful movement.
Will it be part of?
intention, activation of lower limbs, establishing your own body, meaningful physiotherapeutic exercise, relaxation - harmonization of the nervous system, aromatherapy, sharing at a cup of herbal tea.
The price of physio slowing with physio with an overlap is 450 CZK. (@elizabethberzsi) and paying lessons. I will send the data for payment immediately.
