Gaga is a movement language developed in Israel, by dancer
and choreographer Ohad Naharin. It is fundamentally based on a belief
in healing, dynamism and the ever-changing power of movement.
Gaga is a new way to gain experience and self-awareness through one's own body. The Gaga/people lesson is intended for everyone 16+,
even with no previous dance experience.
The one-hour lesson offers you a framework of tasks leading to knowledge
and strengthening of the body. It relieves the senses and imagination, while adding flexibility, endurance and agility. Gaga will make it possible to uncover bodily weakness, encourage weak parts, reveal hidden blocks and help us get rid of them.
Gaga is instinctive movement training, it strengthens the connection between consciousness and unconsciousness. It leads us to an experience of pure
uncomplicated freedom and pleasure.
In a pleasant environment, in comfortable clothes, accompanied by music. Everyone on their own, in connection with others.
