Private conservatory Prešov in cooperation with ZUŠ Ján Pöschl Prešov, ZUŠ Mikuláš Moyzes Prešov, SZUŠ DAMA Prešov, CZUŠ Sv. Mikuláša Prešov, ZUŠ Sabinov, ZUŠ Lipany, ZUŠ Giraltovce and PKO Prešov bring you a unique musical experience performed by the 80-member Prešov Youth Orchestra.
Songs from domestic and international musicals (Old men on hops, If there were a thousand clarinets, Carmen, Cats, Dreamgirls, Alladin, Joseph and his miraculous colored cloak, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, ...) will be performed by student soloists. of musical singing and music-dramatic art of the Prešov Private Conservatory, an 80-member orchestra, vocalists, and the conservatory choir. The meeting of over 120 young talents on one stage will surely leave you with an unrepeatable experience.
The gala evening of musical songs is a pilot project of the newly founded Prešov Youth Orchestra, which was initiated by the Prešov Private Conservatory in cooperation with primary art schools in our region. The goal of the project is to bring together the most talented students of elementary art schools and, in cooperation with conservatory students, to create a high-level art program that would motivate young artists with its professionalism, and at the same time offer a unique experience of a live concert by a large orchestra to a wider audience.
We believe that the Prešov Youth Orchestra will build a reputation and tradition, because an orchestra with such a large composition, despite the abundance of young talents, has been missing in our region until now.
