Come celebrate the Full Moon with a 90-minute ceremony designed to connect you with your mind, body, and soul.

We gather in a sacred circle to honor the current moon’s energy & begin with a brief astrology talk, followed by a mindful movement practice to release what no longer serves you.
The ceremony includes a guided meditation, gentle movement, a journaling session & community care. Consider bringing a journal, water bottle & anything that makes you cozy. All props & yoga mats are provided.
