About event
Premiere of the Arab Non-Theater of Middle Eastern Studies students at the FF UK
A green, blue or old red and orange card in a plastic case? According to the color of the identity card, different types of identity, citizenship and, by extension, humanity are distinguished in Israel and Palestine. In this theater production, together with the audience, we will try to construct and experience the experience of the offices of the authorities, the courts, the street and the grave of a citizen who does not have an ID card at all. In a police state riddled with corruption and nepotism, any situation instantly turns into an absurd tragicomedy.
The performance is followed by an online debate with the author. In Arabic, Czech subtitles and interpretation.
Admission: CZK 230 and CZK 180. www.divadloponec.cz
