Experience the gong with all its power and energy. Let the sound waves of two large and two small gongs lead you into deep relaxation. Experience how the mind becomes silent and you can enter a dimension of being in which space and time disappear. Where everyday life ends and a deep fall into the underbust area becomes possible. Sometimes gently, sometimes intensely. During the gong meditation we assume a lying position.
