About event

Dear friends,

We cordially invite you to experience gong meditation, according to Kundalini yoga in a chamber group and in a safe space. As part of Gong's meditation, you will experience our 3 large high -speed gongs from reputable producers from Germany. Gong is the only tool that can create spatial vibration, so after Gong's meditation you will feel massaged as after physical massage.

What is gong meditation? During Gong's meditation, the participants lie passively and get drawn into the meditative state with the help of a set of high -speed gongs. During Gong's meditation, they experience various kinds of feelings and experiences, and prana has moved in their physical body. Participants are going to lose the feeling of their physical body, time and space. For each participant, the experience is authentic and unique. Gong meditation can help to sleep, digestion, release energy blocks as well as stress and tension.
