Come to relax, recharge your batteries and go on a magical journey with the sounds of gongs.
The number of places is limited and it is necessary to register in advance.
What is a Gong bath and how does it work?
a form of sound therapy, it is a purely relaxing experience
the connection "Gong bath" means that you bathe in sound waves.
The meditative state occurs because the brain waves change from Beta frequencies (awake state) to Theta and Delta (deep meditation). While in the Theta and Delta states, a person is able to tap into states of consciousness that are key to the healing process.
During the Gong Bath you lie (or sit) in a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax.
Participation in all activities is conditional on good health (no cough, runny nose, elevated temperature). If you are unable to participate due to illness, we will return the paid contribution in full.
