🌟Come to relax, recharge your batteries and go on a magical journey with the sounds of gongs.🌟
The number of places is limited and it is necessary to register in advance. Participation in all activities is conditional on good health (no cough, runny nose, elevated temperature). If you are unable to participate due to illness, we will refund the paid contribution in full.
🌟What is a Gong bath and how does it work?🌟
-a form of sound therapy, it is a purely relaxing experience
-the combination "Gong bath" means that you bathe in sound waves.
-meditative state occurs because the brain waves change from Beta frequencies (awake state) to Theta and Delta (deep meditation). --While a person is in the Theta and Delta state, he is able to draw into the states of consciousness that are key to the healing process.
-during the Gong bath you lie (or sit) in a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax.
🌟Renata Langová and Anička Skurková accompany you through the Gong bath under the guidance of Andrea Kmochová (Bajnoková).🌟
Andrea underwent intensive training with the masters Gong and other therapeutic instruments by Don Conreaux, Tom Soltron and Abby del Sol, GongMuse Surana (Mojca Morya Malek). Gong spa regularly organizes in Bratislava and other cities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
