This class consists of a short guided meditation followed by an extended Gong Sound Bath.
Join us for a meditative immersion in the sounds and vibrations of Gong, complemented by other healing instruments. This Gong Sound Bath will allow your nervous system to relax and your body to experience and remember its own, natural state of healing. The Gong is said to contain all the sounds of the Universe and heals whatever needs to be healed.
