We invite you to a very special sound experience: Gong Soundbath in the THF TOWER
A Gong Sound Bath is an intensive, physical sound experience that has a relaxing, invigorating and grounding effect. The seemingly all-encompassing sound of the silver sheet plate fascinates again and again: Nothing is more grounding than these vibrations, accompanied by deep primal sounds up to the finest highs. Blockages are felt and released, the mind is spellbound in the present moment.
After a short arrival meditation, we immerse ourselves in the vibrations of the gong and leave everyday life behind us.
Mona Glass works as a multidisciplinary artist in Berlin and runs a small cultural space called Raum für Raum. She has been playing the gong out of a deep need for about two years.
What to bring: yoga mat, small blanket, comfortable clothing
