✨ is it necessary to own a gong?
Owning or bringing a gong is not a condition. We will play various gongs from Grott Sonor, Gongland and Tone of Life. Gongs and drumsticks for buying will be on the spot. Our current offer can be found here: https://www.vlnazzdravia.sk/gongy-nastrje/
✨I is necessary to have music education or control notes! There is no absolutely no musical experience or other knowledge in the field of music to learn to play Gong. The key is to allow you to listen and become one with sound. Renka's journey with sounds began through therapeutic tuners and Tibetan bowls. Most of her came to the heart of Gong, whom she met in 2017 and, as they say, it was love at first hearing. Gradually, it was educated in all these areas in the form of courses, workshops and trainings at Andrei Bajnoková, EVI Ružovičová, or Claudia Salinasa. Gong has been actively involved in 2 years, especially in public meetings - Gong Spa and at the same time Gong is an integral part of her pedagogical practice. Renka is an active part of the Health Wool team since 2022.
