Gongs help us to realize our body and through it "let go". They have the ability to derive our permanent, urgent and returning thoughts and experience themselves in the present. If you pay attention to your body and try to perceive the tones and vibrations with each part, you will become one big ear (this time with a little exaggeration). The level of your brain waves will change temporarily, and you can get with ease, without much effort to a meditative state that is beneficial for relaxation and regeneration of the body.
