Sama years ago was enchanted by the relaxing effect of the sounds of the gong and Tibetan bowls, after which I woke up rested, regenerated with an experience unknown until then. It influenced me so much that I started the path of singing and resonating sounds.
Gong relaxation is an ancient, rediscovered way of inducing deep relaxation. The long-resonating tones calm and purify the mind, relieve tension and strengthen our own internal regenerative processes.
It allows us to get in touch with ourselves and become more aware of our needs.
This watch allows us be selfish: lie on the mat, expect nothing and just perceive "that I am".
