"When I was nine, I was adopted by a gorilla."
One day a half-broken Volvo drives up to the boy and out comes... a gorilla. He takes little Jonna from here to his home - to the collection yard.
Does Gorilla eat children? And what should a proper mother actually look like?
A story about the fact that nothing is as it seems at first glance. About the fact that behind the claws and the monkey's grin there is quite possibly a loving heart. About shyness, fear, trust and the fact that a scrap yard can be the best home in the world.
And if you accidentally lose that home, there's still one place to go. where is it After all, where someone is waiting for you.
