Consider a positive intention. What change would you really like to feel in your life in the coming months? This is not about well -worn phrases such as "health, happiness and prosperity", but about what you really want to change to the better in your life. It can be both a target, material goal and a subtle internal transformation. The change may apply to personal relationships, work, volunteering, finance, health, well -being, lifestyle or any other field. One thing is certain; The more specifically the result of the transformation, the more effective the game will be. So it is worth considering and choosing the purpose of the game consciously.
And if you feel that it's time for some positive change, but you don't know how to formulate this intention. To też dobry start!
