This grand interview is organized in partnership with the Institut français de Prague, the Editions Karolinum and the Institut de philosophie de l'Académie tchèque des sciences.
L'historien présentera son ouvrage Charles IV, un empereur en Europe, paru en tchèque en 2023 aux éditions Karolinum dans une traduction de Jana Žůrková grâce au soutien du dispositif d'aide à la publication « Fonds Šalda ».

CEFRES, together with the French Institute in Prague, the Karolinum publishing house and the Philosophical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, have the honor of welcoming Professor Pierre Monnet as part of the Great Conversations series.
The French historian will present his book Charles IV: European Emperor , which was published in the Czech translation by Jana Žůrková in 2023 by the Karolinum publishing house. The book was published with the contribution of the Program to support the publication activity of F. X. Šalda.
The interview will take place in French with simultaneous translation into Czech.
