Green Day // Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam

Green Day has been the voice of Punkrock-Rebellie for more than three decades, with explosive hits such as "Basket Case", "American Idiot" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams". Their music knows better than anyone to build a bridge between raw energy and deeper social themes. Albums such as Dookie and American Idiot show how the band Punk rock takes to a higher level, where sharp riffs and sing -along anthems mix with politically charged texts. Guitarist and frontman Billie Joe Armstrong, bass player Mike Dirnt and drummer Tré Cool bring every show full of fire, energy and unmistakable attitude.
