Heathen Neverland Tour 2025

Satan's Satyrs
28 February 2025 – LAV - Lisbon Live, Lisbon
With the Heathen Neverlands Tour, GREEN LUNG and UNTO OTHERS promise to take fans on a journey full of heavy riffs, engaging melodies and breathtaking performances.
In these times, the British GREEN LUNG and the North Americans UNTO OTHERS are definitely among the brightest proposals that contemporary heavy rock has to offer and, with new albums to promote under their belts, these two much applauded bands will hit the road on a joint tour in the winter of 2025. Called the Heathen Neverlands Tour, the route will take them on a tour of Europe and has an assured stop in Portugal, for a unique show, taking place on February 28th next year, in Room 2 of LAV - Lisboa Ao Vivo . What will be a unique opportunity to revisit UNTO OTHERS and watch the long-awaited debut of GREEN LUNG on Portuguese soil also features SATAN'S SATYRS in the first part.
Known for their unique fusion of doom, heavy metal and psychedelic elements, GREEN LUNG is one of the most exciting proposals on the current rock'n'roll scene, having won over critics and the public in a surprisingly consensual way. Born in London, the musicians took their first steps in 2017 and quickly rose to prominence with their debut LP «Woodland Rites», from 2019. With «Black Harvest» and «This Heathen Land», from 2021 and 2023, respectively, the quintet composed of Tom Templar on vocals, Scott Black on guitar, John Wright on organ, Joseph Ghast on bass and Matt Wiseman on drums, further consolidated his place in the music scene, presenting a slightly more refined production and striking compositions, which translate into shows full of vibrant energy and a contagious passion on stage.
Sharing the main attraction of the tour, we have UNTO OTHERS, a band from Portland, Oregon, in the United States, who have attracted global attention with their style distinctive sound that combines gothic rock and heavy metal. Originally created under the name Idle Hands, the collective renamed itself in 2020 and released the acclaimed album «Strength» that same year. Supported by intense riffs and the right dose of mesmerizing melodies and catchy choruses, the quartet composed of Gabriel Franco on vocals and guitar, Sebastian Silva on guitar, Brandon Hill on bass and Colin Vranizan on drums, is preparing to release a new LP, entitled «Never, Neverland», on September 20th. With an aesthetic that evokes the nostalgia of the 80s, mixed with the modernity of metal, the musicians promise a memorable show.
The first part of the Heathen Neverlands Tour shows will be performed by the North American SATAN'S SATYRS, a group from Herndon, Virginia, that mixes rock'n'roll, stoner and psychedelia like no one else, and that has been gaining great notoriety in the underground since its creation in 2010. With a sound deeply rooted in the most classic and canonical rock tradition , the band led by the extremely talented vocalist and guitarist Clayton Burgess, manages to incorporate influences ranging from punk to heavy metal, always keeping energy levels in the red. The group's most recent album, titled «Saints & Sinners», was released in 2021 and, received with acclaim, solidified their position as one of the reference bands within the genre in which they operate. Tickets for the show cost €25, on sale from September 4th at primeartists.eu and at the usual locations.
