We would like to invite you to a seminar with Honza Stach. Honza Stach is a black belt and trainer at SWAG Brno. He belongs to the top of grappling here, he works with many MMA wrestlers such as Terka Bledá, David Dvořák, Matěj Peňáz.
The topic of this seminar will be guard passing.
Honza will show us something from loose passing, how to get into guard passing, the knee cut/pressure pass dilemma, as well as passing guard through the front headlock. We will show everything in two blocks and there will also be sparring sessions.
Topic also suitable for MMA wrestlers.
We will look forward to the mat!
