Gurbet - or how I became rich - Pleintheater

A personal story about migration, warm hands, wealth, and the in-between country, the in-between space where many biculturals find themselves. A space in which there is always a desire and in which you are always on the go, but it seems as if you never arrive. But is it all doom and gloom? Soula Notos takes you on a personal and sharp exploration of gurbet with lots of humor, movement and temperament. Maybe, just maybe, the country in between isn't so bad after all.

"A beautiful performance by Soula Notos about how migration gets under your skin, about are at home in several languages, multiple soundtracks and hybridity based on her mother's story.
