About event
Gym & Joy Pop - Up: Yoga on the roof <3
Yoga lessons on the roof, fresh air, views of Petrov, small snacks and all just off the gym? We invented something again, didn't we?! 🧘️
The roof is located on the Nosreti building, which is just a short distance from our gym, on Čechyňská Street.
When: 26/8 2025
Time: 17-18: 00
Who: Gaby

You need to have your own yogamat, if you do not happen, contact you and solve it!
You stretch and strengthen your body and most importantly! You release tension all over the day and give the peace of your body and mind. There is a slow pace, conscious breath and aroma of aroma oils that deepen your rest.
Lesson is suitable for everyone, as we always adapt it to your imbalances and physical options.
