When: 9th September 2025
Time: 17: 00-18: 00
Who: Gaby

You need to have your own yogamat if she doesn't have, contact you and solve it!
You stretch and strengthen your body and most importantly! You release tension all over the day and give the peace of your body and mind. There is a slow pace, conscious breath and aroma of aroma oils that deepen your rest.
Lesson is suitable for everyone, as we always adapt it to your imbalances and physical options.
