Gymnastika 6-18 rokov

We accept new students from 6-18 years old for gymnastics lessons. We welcome fit beginners, moderately advanced and very advanced.

We will not want to turn your child into a professional gymnast, we mainly offer improvement of body flexibility, flexibility of muscles and joints, correct body posture, increase of muscle strength and overall improvement motor skills. It is also an ideal combination for dance training.

🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️The reward will be the learning of basic and advanced gymnastic and acrobatic elements such as side flips (mill wheel), handstand, bridge from above, forward and back flips, cord, split, split leg, flick , Arab, sprayer, snake woman, somersault and many others.

Suitable for boys and girls. The number of places is limited so that the lecturer can attend to everyone. - 3 places available

🌻WEDNESDAY: 16:45-18:00, beginners+ slightly advanced, ZS Kosicka, Novohradska 3 - 4 places available
🌻WEDNESDAY: 16:30-18:30 moderate to intermediate progressed, Martincekova 17 - 2 places available
🌻WEDNESDAY: 15:45-17:00 full beginners, Nevadzova 4 - 5 free places
🌻FRIDAY: 14:30-16:00, moderately and moderately advanced, Martincekova 17 - 3 free places
